Earthpoint provides coordinate conversion between UTM, Decimal Degrees, Degrees Minutes Seconds, Degrees Decimal Minutes, and MGRS formats using the WGS84 datum. The service is provided for informational and professional use.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for high accuracy in coordinate conversions, Earthpoint is provided 'as is'. Do not rely solely on Earthpoint for safety-critical navigation. Always verify coordinates with authoritative sources for mission-critical applications.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Earthpoint for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to transmit malicious code, or to scrape or automate access in ways that burden our infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

The Earthpoint application, design, and code are the property of the Earthpoint team. Coordinate data you enter remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earthpoint and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms
